Biography
Sharon was born and raised in Nova Scotia. She graduated from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, Halifax where she worked in sculpture and majored in painting. She has lived, worked and exhibited in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland since graduation in 1982. Sharon has received the following grants: Canadian Council Explorations, 1986; Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council grant, 1990. She is in receipt of a second Canada Council (New Media) grant and is working on a Virtual World for the Internet.
