Biography

Born and raised in Cape Breton, Marie has had a passion for painting since childhood. She attended Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and later University College of Cape Breton.
Teaching painting to all ages as a private instructor for over twenty years has given her tremendous satisfaction.
Marie's original oil paintings and water colours cover a wide variety of subjects and hang in hundreds of private homes across Canada and abroad. Her work has also been featured in book illustrations and covers, calendars and numerous exhibits.
